Setting up your Zamplo Research account is the first step in getting started with using Zamplo Research for your study.

Note: The Zamplo Research team will ask you to provide us with the email addresses of your team members who need access to the researcher portal.
Setting up an account:
1. Each individual will receive an email that includes account login information
2. Open the web browser of your choice and visit partners.zamplo.org
3. On the research portal screen, fill out the email address and password that was provided in the email you received
4. Once you’re finished, click “Log In”
5. Here you will be prompted to create a new password
6. Once you have created a password, click “Reset Password”
Zamplo Research uses a multi-factor authentication process to help keep accounts secure.
To access your account:
1. Go to your email inbox and receive the 2-step verification code
2. Enter the verification code in the researcher portal
Tip #1: Each time you log in, you will be sent a new verification code that you will enter into Zamplo Research
Once you are logged in you will be brought to the dashboard and will now have access to your Researcher account!
