Keeping a history of medications and supplements can help make health management easier. Additionally, upload any relevant instructions, notes, or documents from your doctor.

To Add Medications and Supplements:
1. Open the Zamplo App
2. Navigate to the bottom of the page and select the orange "Add" button
3. Find Medications and select "Enter Manually"
4. Enter your medication or supplement (the din or NPN will be filled manually or you can create a custom entry)
5. Select the units measured and the quantity
6. Select the frequency
7. Add any additional information as necessary
8. At the top of the page you can add photos or upload any files by adding them as an attachment
9. Select "Save"
