The first step to participating in a study is to join the Zamplo App and create your account. You can join through your preferred digital device, including your computer, Phone, iPad, Android or tablet.

To join the Zamplo App and create an account:
- Grab your digital device
- Navigate to your email inbox and find the study welcome email
- In this email, click on the link that says "Sign Up"
- The link should prompt open your web browser and take you to the Zamplo App sign-up sheet. Your first name, last name, email address, and Zamplo App access code should be filled in for you
- Create a password (eight characters)
- Once you've entered your password, click "Sign Up"
- The next screen will prompt you to verify your email address. To do so, navigate back to your email inbox
- Find the email to verify your account and click on the link inside the email
Now, you have created and verified your account. You can log in and begin using the Zamplo App.
