The Dashboard is a quick way for you to see participant status. When you set up Routines and Surveys, the Dashboard also provides an overview the number of participants that have completed Routines and Surveys.
In this how-to tutorial, learn about the Dashboard in Zamplo Research.
Watch the video below or click here to read the step-by-step guide.
Once you select your study profile from the dropdown menu, you will be able to see your study dashboard. You can visit the dashboard at any time by clicking on the home icon on the top right corner of your screen.
Subscription Tokens
The first section of the Dashboard is Subscription Tokens, where you can find a Participant Subscription Overview. Subscription Tokens indicate the number of participant subscriptions you have purchased. This is how many participants you can invite to take part in your study. One Token represents one participant's yearly subscription.
Note: If you are using Zamplo Research for more than one study and have multiple study profiles, tokens are shared among your study profiles.
Token Expiration: Tokens are only valid for 1 year after a study participant signs up for the Zamplo App. If you would like an individual to participate in your study for longer than 365 days, please reach out to our team at support@zamplo.org.
Note: If you have unused Subscription Tokens, they do not expire. Token expiry only occurs one year after a participant registers for your study.
About Subscription Tokens:
- Total Sent: The number of participants invited to sign up for Zamplo App
- Pending: The number of participant subscriptions that are pending sign up
- Activated: The number of participants that have signed up
- Expired: The number of participant subscriptions that are no longer valid – meaning that more than one year has passed since a participant signed up for the Zamplo App
- You can re-activate an expired participant token by visiting the “Manage Participants” tab and clicking on “Extend” beside a participant’s information
- Withdrawn: The number of participant subscriptions that have been withdrawn from your study
- Add Participant: Add a new participant to the study
To add a participant from the dashboard:
- Click on “Add Participant”
- Enter the participant’s first name, last name, and email. If applicable, also add in their ID number and study arm or cohort.
- You can save and send the invitation right away, or save the participant information and send the invitation later
Participant Tracking Overview
The second section of the Dashboard is the Participant Tracking Overview, where you can see a participant summary of the Routines and Surveys that have been completed or are incomplete.
Routine Tracking
If you’ve created and activated one or more participant Routines for your study, on the Dashboard, you will find the routine name and how many participants have completed the routine that week.
Survey Tracking
If you’ve created and published one or more Surveys for your study, on the Dashboard, you will find the survey name and how many participants completed the survey that week.
Note: The Participant Tracking Overview summary will reset every Monday.
